Construction & Completion of Administration and Accommodation Building – Coastal Protection Works

This project comprised the construction and completion of an Administration and Accommodation Building along with associated coastal protection works within the strategic area of the Jabal Al Dhanna Naval Base. The scope included civil construction activities, structural development, and marine-adjacent protective works designed to enhance site durability and operational functionality in a coastal environment.

Executed for NGC, the project required precise coordination, strict compliance with military and marine infrastructure standards, and careful execution within a secured operational base. The works were carried out under the supervision and approval framework of ASCORP, ensuring adherence to all technical and quality requirements.

As the Approved Subcontractor, we successfully delivered the project within the defined schedule from November 2023 to February 2024, with a contract value of AED 3,600,000, achieving full completion while maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards in a highly controlled coastal environment.
