Construction of Breakwater and Berthing Facility – Mina Zayed Squadron (5)

This project involves the construction of a breakwater and berthing facility at Mina Zayed, developed to support naval operations for Squadron (5) and enhance marine docking safety, wave protection, and operational efficiency within the port area.

The works are being executed for NGC, under the consultancy supervision of NIRAS, and include marine civil works, breakwater construction, and berthing infrastructure designed to withstand harsh coastal conditions and ensure long-term structural performance.

As the Main Contractor, the project commenced in February 2025 and is currently ongoing, with a contract value of AED 15,832,000. The execution is progressing in line with approved design specifications, maintaining strict quality control, safety compliance, and marine engineering standards throughout all phases of construction.
