Construction and Maintenance of Works and Marine Berths

The Construction and Maintenance of Works and Marine Berths (CMW-22079-001) project encompassed critical marine infrastructure enhancements across three strategic naval bases: Mina Zayed Naval Base, Ghantoot Naval Base, and Jebel Ali Naval Base.

As an approved subcontractor to ASCORP, our role involved delivering specialized construction, repair, and maintenance works essential for the operational readiness and long-term sustainability of these high-security marine facilities.

With a project value of AED 10,000,000, the scope included the rehabilitation of marine berths, structural improvements, and the implementation of durable marine-grade systems to withstand demanding operational conditions. The project commenced in May 2023 and reached successful completion in July 2024, adhering to all safety, quality, and security protocols set by CMW.

This project highlights our capability to execute complex, mission-critical marine works across multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring reliable performance and meeting the stringent requirements of military and governmental infrastructure.
