Design, Modify & Construction of Marine Works – Multiple Locations

This project involves the design, modification, and construction of marine works across multiple strategic coastal locations, including Al Mirfa, Zirkou Island, and Port Rashid. The works are being executed to support marine infrastructure development, improve coastal stability, and enhance operational functionality across various sites.

The scope includes marine civil works, structural modifications, and new construction activities tailored to the specific environmental and operational requirements of each location. The project demands precise coordination, marine engineering expertise, and adherence to high-quality construction standards in challenging coastal conditions.

Executed for NGC, the project is being delivered without a designated external consultant, requiring strict internal quality control and engineering oversight. As the Main Contractor, the works commenced in February 2025 and are currently ongoing, with a contract value of AED 16,070,000, progressing in line with approved timelines, safety standards, and performance requirements across all sites.
