This project involves the construction of rock protection works for critical road networks and main operational areas across Delma Island, aimed at enhancing coastal resilience, protecting infrastructure from erosion, and ensuring long-term stability of key transport and utility corridors.
The works are being executed for DRM, under the consultancy supervision of ACE International, with strict compliance to marine engineering and civil infrastructure standards. The scope includes supply and installation of rock armour layers, slope protection, and coastal defense systems integrated with existing road infrastructure.
As the Main Contractor, the project commenced in February 2025 and is currently ongoing, with a contract value of AED 31,999,933. The works are being executed in line with approved specifications, ensuring quality delivery, environmental resilience, and reliable long-term protection of vital island infrastructure
